Training

On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays training will be provided. Duration of a training is 60 minutes. Rackets and balls are made available, but of course playing with your own racket is much better. Our trainers are Dylan Bennett and Ramses Rongen. Everyone trains at his or her own level. The training consists of warm-up exercises, improving ones techniques or tactics, and of course stamina training. At the end of the training some matches can be played of course.
